Synopsis

Zero Waste Kids, is the first animation series on Zero Waste.

Mali and Dia are brothers and sisters. At 6 and 8 year-old, they save the world by their everyday actions. And you know what ? They live like normal kids.

Enthusiastic and positivelly-minded, they are supported in their daily adventures by the Super Heroes : Greengirl, Pantsman, and Compostman.

They happen to meet Mr Bob in each new episode : a neighbour one day , building-caretaker or even a friend’s father the other day, Bob is far from eco-aware.

Always skeptical at first, he is then enthusiastic at the idea that he himself can make the difference, and why not, also help save the planet !

This series is the adaptation of the best-selling books La Famille (presque) Zéro Déchet and Les Zenfants (presque) Zéro Déchet by Jérémie Pichon and Bénédicte Moret, sold to 150 000 samples.
Of course… they’re funny, cool, with a simple message, but so necessary : WE CAN ALL HELP SAVE THE PLANET!

With Zero Waste Kids, Zero Waste is easy, great fun, and never making feel guilty… so let’s all become Heroes of the Zero !

The series will be composed of :

  • 52 episodes of 5 minutes of animation, with the Heroes of the Zero… with all ingredients of a humorous and cartoon-like series!
  • 52 live-tutorials of 3 minutes (with animation incrustation), based on the themes of the episodes, to put Zero Waste into action, in an easy and entertaining way : organise a zero waste birthday, install a compost, prepare a picnic, go shopping, etc.

Highlights

  • Based on the books by Jérémie Pichon and Bénédicte Moret sold to 200 000 units
  • A mix of animation and tutorials
